Modern Apprenticeships
Modern Apprenticeships qualifications encompass the requirements of the SVQs, sometimes involving completion of both a level 2 and level 3 SVQ, and sometimes involving completion of a level 3 or level 4 qualification. They are designed to give employees and individuals a broad scope of skills and abilities leading to further career progression and occupational competence within their industry sector. They are assessed on-site, and usually involve the following components: Scottish Vocational Qualification at level 3 (minimum); Core Skills qualifications (these are transferable work-related skills involving I.T, Communications, Numeracy, Problem Solving and Working with Others); and possible additional qualifications appropriate to the qualification route being followed. TRiY Training currently offer the following Modern Apprenticeship routes:
▲ Management (level 3)
▲ Management (level 4)
▲ Business & Administration
▲ Hospitality Supervision
▲ Professional Cookery
Funding may be available in some areas to support with costs of the qualifications, and use of ILAs may also be possible. TRiY will support and advise each learner of their options.
