Hospitality & Catering
TRiY Training Ltd currently offer a variety of SVQs and Modern Apprenticeships in Hospitality and Catering. From level 2 to level 3, these can be taken as individual qualifications or as part of a Modern Apprenticeship Framework. Qualifications include:

▲ Multi-Skilled Hospitality Services level 2
▲ Professional Cookery level 2
▲ Professional Cookery (Preparation & Cooking) level 2
▲ Food Processing and Cooking level 2
▲ Professional Cookery level 3
▲ Professional Cookery (Preparation & Cooking) level 3
▲ Professional Cookery (Patisserie & Confectionery) level 3
▲ Hospitality Supervision level 3
Whatever role you hold within the industry, there is an SVQ suitable for you, and many learners who start with a level 2 qualification progress on to a level 3.
As well as the VQs, TRiY also deliver the REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene certificate, of which details can be viewed on our other pages.
From June 2009, TRiY Training has been awarded approval to deliver the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders qualification and the Scottish Certificate for the Responsible Sale of Alcohol. For further information on these coures please refer to our NEWS page.
