TRiY Training Ltd currently offer a variety of SVQs and Modern Apprenticeships in Hospitality and Catering. From level 2 to level 3, these can be taken as individual qualifications or as part of a Modern Apprenticeship Framework. Qualifications include:

▲ Professional Cookery (Preparation & Cooking) level 3
▲ Professional Cookery (Patisserie & Confectionery) level 3
▲ Hospitality Supervision level 3
Whatever role you hold within the industry, there is an SVQ suitable for you, and many learners who start with a level 2 qualification progress on to a level 3, and ultimately the Modern Apprenticeship Certificate.
As well as the VQs, TRiY also deliver the REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene certificate, of which details can be viewed on our other pages.
