Train the Trainer

As training is integral to what TRiY does, we could not deliver the variety of courses within our remit without providing a course on training itself! The Train the Trainer course is a one day course aimed at people who are responsible for training their staff within their workplace, or for anyone who has an interest in this as a career prospect, or purely for personal fulfilment. This is an in-house certificated course which covers everything from managing group training, adapting delivery to meet learning styles and training techniques. This course is delivered throughout the year, according to demand, from group sizes of 4 to 8 participants.

CIEH Professional Trainers Certificate
 

The Professional Trainer’s Certificate is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, but is a broadly based qualification covering all aspects of professional training delivery. The course covers the following topics:

▲ Learning styles and preferences

▲ Training skills

▲ Training structure and design

▲ Training styles and communication

▲ Training assessment

This is a four day course delivered throughout the year according to demand. Group sizes are from 4 to 8 participants.
